PROGETTO DEL MELOGRANO

Iniziativa solidale promossa dal Gruppo Atlante 2000 e che vede Lerici come città pilota di un grande Progetto di Rinascita Sociale. Il melograno, Albero Sacro per diverse culture e mitologie di ogni tempo, simboleggia Amore, Fertilità e Abbondanza. Il suo è un frutto dai copiosi semi, ha un gusto aspro dolciastro e possiede innumerevoli proprietà disintossicanti, lenitive e anti radicali liberi. Un vero toccasana per tutti!

Ispiratore del progetto Dott. Gilberto Di Benedetto (Hipnos) con la sua monumentale opera pittorica Michaels'Gate.

La creazione di un Progetto Pilota dunque in grado di fornire gli strumenti necessari per piantare, in ogni comune d'Italia, piante di Melograno come simbolo di memoria e di rinascita collettiva. In ricordo di tutti i Medici, Infermieri ed Operatori Socio-Sanitari che, nell'esercizio del proprio quotidiano dovere di aiuto al prossimo hanno perso la vita a causa del Corona Virus. Come naturale elemento imperituro di condivisione ed unione per tutti.

In Primo Piano

I primi sette progetti più urgenti di riforma strutturale dello Stato (sicurezza, ambiente, scuola, sanità, occupazione,imposizione fiscale e piano turistico di sviluppo economico elevato delle regioni meridionali italiane),sono stati presentati alle Camere in data 13 Aprile 2013, e sono stati assegnati alle Commissioni competenti. Siamo pertanto in attesa di essere ricevuti dai Presidenti delle citate commissioni e dai parlamentari delle stesse per l'illustrazione di tali progetti, proprio per far comprendere loro che lo Stato non si gestisce con le parole, ma con i fatti che in questo caso sono i progetti elaborati in decenni di attività progettuale, con passione, competente impegno e con impiego di notevoli energie fisiche e mentali. Si indicano qui sotto i frontespizi delle lettere pervenute da Camera e Senato, con le quali vengono annunciate le petizioni e la loro assegnazione alle commissioni competenti.

THE PROJECTS THAT ARE PRESENTED HERE HAVE BEEN PROCESSED BY ARTISTS AND DESIGNERS FOR MORE THAN 40 YEARS OF PROJECT ACTIVITY, WILLINGLY BEARING SIGNIFICANT DISCOMFORT AND PRIVACY, BECAUSE THEY ARE SUBSTITUTED BY A HIGH IDEAL VALUE, GIVEN THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. , FOR ITS SUBLIME BEAUTY, THAT IS NOT ONLY THE ONE THAT NATURE HAS GIVEN US, BUT ALSO THAT CREATED BY THE MAN BORN HERE IN THIS COUNTRY; JUST THINK OF THE AESTHETIC HARMONY OF VENICE, FLORENCE, ROME, NAPLES, PALERMO AND THE NUMEROUS COUNTIRES AND VILLAGES THAT LIKE GEMS EMBEDDED IN A PRECIOUS FABRIK. POMEGRANATE PROJECT

Solidarity initiative promoted by the Atlante 2000 Group and which sees Lerici as the pilot city of a major Social Rebirth Project.

The pomegranate, sacred tree for different cultures and mythologies of all times, symbolizes love, fertility and abundance. His is a fruit with copious seeds, has a sour sweet taste and has innumerable detoxifying, soothing and anti-free radical properties.

A real cure-all for everyone! The inspirer of the project Dr. Gilberto Di Benedetto (Hipnos) with his monumental painting Michaels'Gate. National Coordinator of the entire planning and operational activity Rag. Marco Biagi.

The creation of a Pilot Project therefore able to provide the necessary tools to plant Pomegranate plants in every municipality of Italy as a symbol of memory and collective rebirth. In memory of all the doctors, nurses and social-health workers who, in the exercise of their daily duty to help others, have lost their lives due to the Corona Virus. The first seven most urgent state structural reform projects (safety, environment, school, health, employment, taxation and high economic development tourism plan of the southern Italian regions), were presented to the Chambers on April 13, 2013, and are have been assigned to the relevant Commissions. We are therefore waiting to be received by the Presidents of the aforementioned commissions and by the parliamentarians of the same for the illustration of these projects, just to make them understand that the State is not managed with words, but with the facts that in this case are the projects developed in decades of design activity, with passion, competent commitment and with the use of considerable physical and mental energies. The frontispieces of the letters received by the Chamber and the Senate, with which the petitions are announced and their assignment to the competent commissions, are indicated below.

7 Most urgent projects

The structural reform projects of the Atlante 2000 group are over fifty. They come to start a great movement of thought that the authors have called "Neo-humanism of the Italian and European state of the third millennium", that is, the rebirth of Italy and Europe. In this Neohumanism there is an organizational legal work of the state that can be considered the continuation of public Roman law.

All these projects are contained in the Constitution of the European Confederal State project and in the Constitution of the Italian Regional Cooperative State project.

School Project

One of the main functional structures of the state, which determines the quality of civic coexistence in order to be the area where the impulses for productive and social development are formed and created, is certainly public education, however currently reduced to a static condition of optimal efficiency and adequacy, to be linked to a teaching that does not take into account the evolution of the company which requires operators increasingly capable of building their own knowledge and ability to intervene in the various sectors of production

URBAN PLANNING PROJECT

The urban planning project foresees the functioning of 1) - an organizational system, an organization of functions and activities and 2) - an operating system.

The organizational planning order

The elements of the organizational order are given by.

1. - Plan objectives such as provincial complementarity, the hypothesis of regional development and interregional complementarity, which are part of the possibility a) of carrying out urban planning activities more and more suitable for the residential well-being needs of citizens and residents and b) to obtain a number numerically and qualitatively higher than urban freedoms.

Security Project

The security plan for the reorganization of the eight Italian police forces was sent to many MPs and senators from the majority and the opposition, precisely because security has no political color and its functional organization must be shared by all political forces. The reform would in fact entail the possibility of saving hundreds of human lives which are suppressed annually by common and organized crime and would allow to recover that huge wealth stolen from criminal activities.

Environmental Protection Project

The guiding principle of the project for the protection of the natural and urban environment is characterized by the presence of: a) AN ORGANIZATIONAL ORDER; And b) an OPERATIONAL ORDER.

Organizational ordering. The organizational system provides for the following bodies, functions and activities:

General and particular objectives to be pursued, such as the complementarity of provincial, regional and interregional protection actions; and those relating to pollution, natural disasters and natural balance.

Employment Project

The general objective of the employment project is the pursuit of maximum employment, which can be achieved through:

a) - the transfer of ownership of private companies for the part established by the social pact to all employees of the same and the privatization of the Public Administration (P.A.).

Restoration Planning Project

The restoration planning project aims to give continuity to the historical, artistic and archaeological finds of our country, so that you can visit them and observe them according to the artistic paths that make them appear in their succession of construction and architectural construction.

In other words, it is a question of constructing artistic routes, road routes, from which you can admire the beauty of the architecture of the past according to a temporal sequence that makes the visitor retrace the various and few historical ones.

European Constitution Project

The European Confederal Constitution is a complex of legal norms that creates the future European Confederal State.

         This set of regulations is the direct derivation of the Treaty on the new Italian state model conceived by the Atlante 2000 group of Veneto (Italy), which led to the forecast of the functioning of the Italian federal cooperative state.

         The European Confederal Constitution is divided into 4 parts:

1. - The first is named and operational, also including the operating principles relating to the organization of the European confederal state in its governing bodies.

2. - The second is aimed at protecting human rights, for the concrete implementation of political, economic and social solidarity.

3. - The third not present in any Constitution refers to the development of the State for projects: economic for the first chamber and all the others for the second.

4. - The fourth is aimed at regulating the functioning of the constitutional bodies

Architectural Planning Project

The architectural planning project aims to increase the beauty of private and collective representative buildings.

This goal is achieved with the systematic dynamism of the focal points; that is, by determining the movement of the points of particular beauty of the architectural complex. This practice was completely unknown to the building technique of the various historical periods, as it was not possible at the time to structurally create staggered floors precisely because the technique of the time did not allow it.

The Constitution of the federal cooperative state is a complex of legal rules that creates the future Italian federal state.

Tourist Plan Project For Italy: South, Central and North

The tourist plan with the related regulatory requirements addresses and enhances the offer of the tourist property for the North, for the center and for Southern Italy, with the new scientific organization of the same. It therefore addresses all tourist offices which are organized according to a new scientific regulatory structure and reserve for the southern Italian areas a different functional urban and territorial structure which is capable of giving considerable economic development to the regions of Southern Italy.
